St. Julian's Fitness BG provides an array of fitness materials to help you obtain your fitness goals, including cardio, strength training & circuit training!
There are numerous cardio machines, such as treadmills, ellipticals, gliders, recumbent bikes, etc. We also offer a separate studio room for SilverSneakers classes and fitness classes (which are included in the membership price).

St. Julian's Fitness Bowling Green has been in the Bowling Green community for 25 years and offers a friendly staff and family, friendly atmosphere.

Individual  training

You're a lone wolf. A renegade. We get you. That's why we have so many individual workout options available. Wanna throw the kettlebells around? No problem. Jonesing for a quick 5-miler on the treadmill? You'll always find a free one. You chart your fitness course. We'll be the compass.
